Cancellation Policy

(COVID-19 Updated)

 

Chillax Yachting is staying up to date with the situation about the Coronavirus and understands the uncertainty which has be raised to our partners and clients about their bookings and holiday plans for the current season so we decided to update our cancellation policy so that you and your clients can feel more confident when you are confirming a booking.

Therefore, we have updated our booking policy as follows which is valid only for the period of the Coronavirus outbreak:

1.Future Bookings: For future bookings made as from today 12/03 and until 30/05, the required advance payment will be paid as follows:
First Payment: 20% paid within 7 days of the booking confirmation.
Second Payment: 30% paid within 30 days of booking confirmation or until latest 30/05.
The final payment for all future bookings is to be paid latest two weeks before the charter departure.

2. If the client is unable to get to the base due to travel restrictions imposed by Greek Authorities (with an official statement that bans the entrance to Greece to the citizens of the country of the client), the charter can be canceled and a Credit Voucher valid for 18 months will be issued to be used in current or next season for the same sailing area and yacht.

 

We truly hope that everyone is safe and we are positive that things will quickly get back to normal and everyone will be able to enjoy their holidays!
