Weekly Cruises :

• More than 60 days before embarkation, 30% to the total charter fee. 

• Between 60-30 days before embarkation, 50% to the total charter amount. 

• Less than 30 days before embarkation, 100% to the total charter amount. 

• Chillax Cruises will return the cancellation fees, less 200€, if the cancelled yacht is rebooked for the same period under the same conditions.

Daily Cruises :

• In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions, we can reschedule the cruise or we may offer a refund.

• In case of non-attendance at the meeting point, a refund is not available.

• In case of cancellation 2 months before the cruise your money will be refunded, whereas for cancellations less than two months and more than

• 24 hours before the cruise, 50% of the money will be refunded.

• For cancellations within 24 hours before the cruise, money is not refunded.
